Baden Guitars (pronounced "Bay-Den") was established a few years ago in Escondido California by TJ Baden, former Executive VP at Taylor Guitars. If you read Acoustic Guitar magazine, Premiere guitar magazine or any other high end guitar publication you are familiar with the bold new styling TJ has implemented into his lineup and the rave reviews they are getting. What you may not know however is how great they sound. Or that they are entirely hand crafted (no CNC anywhere) by French trained Vietnamese luthiers. Even the necks are completely hand shaped.
Since the designs are simple and elegantly unadorned, the craftsmanship and quality of the woods are the trademark for Baden. TJ selects only the highest quality woods and adds elegant details like the solid wood edging inside the sound hole, and the trademark keystone at the end of the fretboard. We are very impressed with the Fishman Aura electronics that are installed on each of these guitars and we feel this is a tremendous value for a quality handmade instrument. Come in and try one!
